As Albert Speer noted, history is going to be very disappointed by Eva Braun. She was just a provincial tart. No one had any real lasting impressions of her other than she was Hitler's sometime female companion. Had she survived it would have been unlikely she ever would have been prosecuted for anything. She was just a nobody who had horrible taste in men.

If the WTS hacked into a site, that would be a serious crime for such a huge entity. A useful organisation to form would be something along the lines of 'Jehovah's Legal Enforcement Services' of dedicated and professional ex-JW's committed to accurately interpreting the law into useful litigation.

Anonymous Donation - Not!
by why144000 inmy mother in law (in her 80's) just told me that she had the elders around to pick up her 'donation' pledge.
it was 'suggested that $20 a month was the average amount pledged but she could pledge more or less.
so, rather than an anonymous amount they have a signed document stating the amount of her pledge.

This new donation direction and true selfishness!

every cong is supposed to send in all their savings to the society for them to allocate or use however they see fit worldwide.. but here is where true "selfishness" has become apparent!
(remember just this last weekend the wt study was all about not being "selfish" or self willed??!!).

Some people are just going to have to suffer in order to find out the truth about this organisation. I can think of no better way than the money scam that they are planning. People stuggling to make ends meet aren't going to be quite receptive to endless local needs talks about supporting the kingdom work. People who pull up in a new car aren't going to appreciate being called out for their 'excess' because the congregation isn't making their quota. They all need to know that the organisation has their eyes on their pocketbook. Jehovah needs money in addition to all the field service, meeting attendance, personal/family study and conventions. Oh and he needs money for those conventions too. And if a tree falls on top of the KH... You guys figure it out, the org has more important things to do.

Who is the biggest Loser JW you have known
by Clambake init seems every cong seems to have some guy who is 35 and never had a job or moved out of mom and dads basement.. i knew a guy who just hand out magazines at work so he would get eventually fired and could sleep in till noon everyday.
of course his elder father though he was a real matyr cause he kept losing jobs for jehovah.
i have an electrican friend who apprenticed some jw kid till he got his ticket and he quit him to pioneering.

My brother. He's hardly ever kept a job longer than a year, at which point he will quit to go pioneer with mother's express approval. Then he will drop out of that as soon as he knows he got away with it and will live the life of a JW socialite. What is sickening is that he lives in a region that is economically depressed and has quit jobs that literally thousands upon thousands would fight over. Why he even gets these jobs in the first place is beyond me. He has no secondary education, his experience is checkered, and his work ethic is extremely poor. Weeks after starting he inevitably goes on holiday for a week or two.

and cosmetic..they felt this book was too far out in left field.. the show "bible secrets revealed".. ok, magic vs having a monster baby by a angel.. so happy they omitted that book, otherwise women would.

i happened to have met axel roses ( as he called himself by then) parents in a friend's neighborhood in indianna.
when axel would come home for a visit in the midto late 80's police cars would always end up at the house.

Axl wasn't so much as out of control as he was a complete asshole. His drug use was minor when compared to the other members and he kicked at least one out of the band because of drugs. Axl just loved to fight and cause trouble. He was the only conceptualist in the band and its creative force. But the man was difficult and didn't release anything else until long after everyone forgot about them. It all went to his head.
